START WELL

Once you create your account, go to the Explore section to discover the latest shared workouts. Touch the heart for "like" a workout and save it in your profile. Follow users who inspire you to find their last workouts in your news feed.
To view the details of a workout, simply touch the icon "list" which is high above the right exercise. You want to make the workout? Run the wizard to get all the times: duration of an exercise, rest time ... Very usefull for Tabata and Hiit workout.

GOALS

Spreads priority is to accumulate a huge amount of content in order to become an indispensable tool for all athletes who wish to share their method of training but also to those who wish to discover new workouts and push their limits.
